What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us at support@metalmodelkit.com as soon as possible.

Do I need any special tools?
Most of our 3D metal puzzles for adults can be assembled with just your hands! However, for easier assembly, we recommend having needle-nose pliers and tweezers.
What age group are these kits suitable for?
Our metal model kits for adults are recommended for ages 14 and up. Younger builders should have adult supervision due to small, sharp parts.
How difficult are the models to build?
Difficulty varies by model. Each product page includes a difficulty rating. Beginners should start with our simpler designs and work their way up to more complex builds.
How long does it take to complete a model?
Assembly time varies from 1-2 hours for simple models to 8+ hours for complex ones. The time is part of the fun – enjoy the process!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items. If you receive a defective product, we'll replace it free of charge. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your metal kit model arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
