- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Contact us at support@metalmodelkit.com to initiate a return
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective 3D metal puzzle:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll send a free replacement – no need to return the damaged item
Missing Parts
If your metal kit model is missing parts, contact us with your order number and a description of the missing pieces. We'll ship the replacement parts free of charge.
